New product technology
We have developed a new technology, on the basis of which we have made and successfully sell several fast food products (sandwich wrap, hot dog) with different fillings.

The essence of the technology
01
All products are initially prepared centrally, in the factory-kitchen, which allows you to standardize the process and ensure consistent product quality.
02
The main secret of our products, which allows you to prepare products centrally — is in the technology of serving sauce. The patented technology prevents the sauce from spreading inside the product and turning the tortilla, loaf, pita, croissant and filling into a homogeneous mass, and ensures the preservation of the consumer qualities of the product for up to 48 hours. When using packaging with carbonation for up to 72 hours. Hot dogs can be frozen, which increases the shelf life and simplifies logistics.
03
In the technology of cooking our products, the sauce is stored in a special food thermocapsule, which is removed immediately after heating the product. At the same time, if the products are given away (through a delivery service), the thermocapsule can be removed before transferring the products to the end user.
04
An important aspect in the modern world is environmental friendliness, because the thermocapsule uses a natural shell, and the packaging is plain paper. At the same time, a sandwich wrap and a hot dog are only two of the options for using the technology. It can be used in any products that use liquid or semi-liquid ingredients that somehow come into contact with the filling and packaging.

First step
Organization of production in the kitchen.
Our production does not require special equipment. Exotic equipment includes only a manual or semi-automatic sauce dispenser, everything else is used in almost all traditional kitchens. The kitchen area is from 80 sq. m. This area will allow you to produce at least 2000-4000 sandwich wraps and hot dogs per day, this amount is enough to ensure the loading of 5 points of sale of products (gas station, food truck, island, etc.).

Second step
Retail outlets for the sale of the product.
Despite the high level of competition, such a business will be profitable and quickly recouped. The organization of street or stationary points of sale does not require much capital. To open a business selling sandwich-rap and hot dogs, it is enough to choose your own format: (vending machines, gas stations, food trucks, cafes, coffee shops, islands). Each point must be equipped with the following equipment: Refrigerator, microwave, (optional - pressure grill), coffee machine, cash register. If there is a lot of traffic, you can use several microwave ovens and several pressure grills.

Heating technology
The employee places the product in the bag for heating in the microwave, the process time is 1-1. 5 minutes, after that the employee takes the product out of the microwave chamber and removes the food thermocapsule, in which the sauce is stored and the sauce is evenly distributed in the product. The product is ready to use.
For cafes and coffee shops, with less traffic, but a higher selling price, we recommend roasting the product on a pressure grill.
In this case, the product is stored without packaging, after heating in the microwave and removing the thermal capsule, the employee puts the product in a preheated pressure grill: after 1-2 minutes, the product is ready for use. It takes no more than 3 minutes to warm up a sandwich vrap or a hot dog. You can put up to 4 sandwich enemies or hot dogs in a standard microwave oven and a standard pressure grill, thus reducing the cooking time of one serving to 45 seconds!
Sandwich wrap and hot dog are in great demand along with other fast food products: kebab, pancakes, pizza, hamburgers and other fast food and street food. After all, our product can be eaten on the go and without the use of cutlery.
Economy
On the equipment
To sell semi-finished products at the point of sale, you only need a refrigerator for storing semi-finished products, a microwave and, in some places, a pressure grill for heating them. There is no need to equip a full kitchen. Braziers, barbecues, dishes, gastro-containers, scales, knives-are not needed
On equipment maintenance
No equipment – no costs. Service, washing, cleaning of equipment in a full-size kitchen – a significant cost item
On staff
One or two employees are sufficient at the point of sale. Cooks are not needed. The product is already ready for sale
On utility bills
Refrigerators, microwave and grill, a lot of energy will not «pull». We recommend using a glass-ceramic grill. The consumption of such modern equipment is 1.6 kW / h, and heating up to 250 degrees – no more than 90 seconds!
On lease
Sales can be organized in gas stations in mini-coffee shops, on «islands» in shopping centers, on food trucks, which is incomparable in terms of space with a full-fledged cafe with a full-size kitchen
On logistics
Semi-finished products and related products (packaging, coffee-tea, etc.) are delivered directly from the factory-kitchen, as a rule - one full load per day
It may seem that all of the above are theoretical calculations that have not passed the «run-in» in the field. However, this is far from the case. Our idea has already passed the «battle test» and is successfully working for the second year in Minsk, the Republic of Belarus.
